Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prospect/Client Engagement: Engage in conversations with prospects to understand their unique needs through a comprehensive fact-finding process. Your objective will be to connect each prospect with an APW Wealth Adviser.
- Appointment Booking: Schedule appointments between prospects and wealth advisers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process to address prospects' financial enquiries.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate professionalism and keen attention to detail by matching each prospect with the adviser best suited to their specific situation and keeping record updated on our CRM software.
- Team Support: Provide ad hoc support to the wider team beyond appointment booking, showcasing strong teamwork and precision.
