Your mission
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Wealth Advisory Development Manager to lead a team of up to 10 Wealth Advisers. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for driving performance, fostering professional development, and ensuring exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Champion the Client Experience
Ensure all advice delivered is insightful, compliant, and aligned with client values, life stages, and ambitions. - Develop and Coach a High-Performance Adviser Team
Lead, support and stretch a growing team of employed advisers – instilling a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous development. - Drive Commercial Advice Outcomes
Equip advisers with the confidence and tools to uncover opportunities, cross-sell appropriately, and deepen client relationships. - Set Standards & Elevate Quality
Own the delivery of internal best practices for client review frameworks, onboarding journeys, advice processes, and follow-up protocols. - Collaborate with Marketing and Operations
Align adviser efforts with marketing-generated leads, communications, and campaigns. Ensure systems and CRM workflows enable excellence at scale.
